We handle the exhausting trifles such as tree removal, glass cutting, shrubbery trees, and lawn care. Additionally, we provide power washing, carpet cleaning, hazardous debris, debris relocation, winterization, recurring maintenance, clean out, and much more.
Who Are We
Motor City Preservation is a small, minority owned business that works with Local and State Land Bank Authority Contractors, Fannie Mae, HUD, and realtors to provide high-quality work in REO, Pre-REO and Foreclosed property preservation, maintenance and repair services.
Our extensive range of services include, but are not limited to: consultations, evictions, foreclosures, debris removal, securing vacant and occupied properties; major and minor repairs, occupancy inspections, natural disaster inspections, landscaping, winterization, and other recurring services.
