Lawn Maintenance
We provide professional lawn care services in and out of season. During the summer grass cutting season we can maintain recurring grass cuts and exterior lawn care services. As the winter season approaches we are prepared to take on snow removals and home winterizations. Our service guarantee the most professional quality.
Winterization
All properties will be prepared in accordance with Lender/Servicer established rules and guidelines. These services include: disconnecting the water meter, clearing the lines, installing non toxic antifreeze in traps and commodes and winterizing the boiler heating system.
Initial Securing
We provide clients with timely and accurate information regarding a property’s occupancy status and condition. In line with our property preservation goals, we focus on loss prevention during the initial securing phase by immediately identifying all necessary actions needed to adequately secure the interior and exterior of the property. We also identify other less urgent problems and make proposals to our client for necessary actions or required services.
Initial Inspections/Final Inspections
Motor City Preservation provides accurate inspection data early in the default process to alleviate risk by abstaining unnecessary expenses. Through inspection we are able to find out the property’s condition and occupancy status as well as damages, so any issues are seized early. It is conducive to reduce cost, time commitment & inconvenience of reparation. To ensure the preservation of the asset and abate the negative community impact of vacant properties.
Debris Removal/Trashout
Trash-out consists of removing and disposing of the contents of a house, condominium, apartment or other structure. We simply empty the house so a cleaning, remodeling or construction crew can enter and begin work. Even this basic work should be insured due to the potential of damaging a building while removing objects or injuries to workers.
